Reschedule, Cancellation, & Late Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a mini golf session with us! We strive to provide flexibility while ensuring that everyone has a great experience. Please carefully review our rescheduling, cancellation, and late arrival policies below:

Rescheduling Policy

Free Reschedule

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your booking one time at no additional cost, provided you do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled time.

How to Reschedule

To reschedule your booking, please call or send a WhatsApp message to our team at +91 63635 07801.

Less Than 4 Hours Notice

If you request to reschedule within 4 hours of your booking, it will be treated as a new booking, and additional charges for the new booking will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at no cost if you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.  Please contact our customer support team at bangalore@minigolfmadness.in, or send us a WhatsApp message at: +91 63635 07801.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. We recommend rescheduling your booking instead, following the guidelines mentioned above.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled slot or arrive late, and have not rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or free rescheduling will be possible.

Late Arrival Policy

Arrival Time

We recommend that all players arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled slot to ensure a smooth check-in process and timely start.

Holding Your Slot

We can hold your slot for up to maximum 15 minutes past your scheduled start time. If you arrive after this grace period, your booking will be considered a no-show.

No-Show After Late Arrival

Once considered a no-show, no refunds will be possible, and you will need to make a new booking if you wish to play.
